Development of a Planning, Monitoring and Learning Information System for the Norwegian Refugee Council

Business Case:
EITI is privileged to be engaged by the Norwegian Refugee Council, NRC, to support the development of a Planning, Monitoring and Learning Information System for the ProCap and GenCap projects.
The key objective of the assignment is to develop an information management system that consolidates and aggregates information from the NORCAP ProCap and GenCap projects and organize it in a manner that allows efficient data access and reporting.
Our Approach:
EITI plans to utilize its Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology to develop the NORCAP Planning, Monitoring and Learning System for GenCap and ProCap projects.
The key tasks in the development of the system will entail the execution of the following steps:

Project Inception.

Scope out & Analysis.

Requirements gathering.

Agile Sprint Based Development.

Training & UAT.

Maintenance and Support.

Production Handover.
Outcomes:
EITI will develop a functional PLM system for the Norwegian Refugee Council, NRC, totally aligned with requirements and utilized by the organization users in Kenya, Malawi and Yemen.
