Business Case:

 

EITI has been sub-contracted by the German Development Corporation, GIZ to provide technical advice, assistance and support to the African Union Peace Support Operations Division,  AU PSOD, in the preparatory phase towards the development of the AUC Police Roster System.

 

The IT Assessment will entail a workflow analysis of the current AUC Police Rosters, gap analysis and Identification, desk reviews and best practice recommendations, process standardization, scalability assessments, compliance reviews, risk assessments and analysis of the current information security landscape.

Our Approach:

The EITI Consulting Team assigned to the Scoping Study for the AU Roster System Development  will design and conduct a Mixed-Method (Qualitative and Quantitative) study to address the goals and objectives of this project.

Outcomes:

The EITI technical team will work collaboratively with all the African Union stakeholders in the initial compilation of an Inception Report,

Interim presentation and report and a Final Report document that outlines the technical architecture of the proposed Police Roster System, mapping processes, workflows and a comprehensive roadmap for implementation.

 

The comprehensive report will be used as inputs to source a vendor to develop the AUC Police Roster System.
