Provision of IT Outsourcing Services to Leading International Development Financial Institution

Business Case:
EITI has entered into a contractual agreement with a leading International Development Financial Institution to provide high quality IT Outsourcing Services under a preferential MSP model. The scope of services includes the provision of overall management, monitoring, and initiative-taking support of the enterprise network, hardware and software components. This includes acting as the liaison with 3rd party support vendors for specific hardware, enterprise applications and providing top-tier IT support to the institution.
The IT Outsourcing Services include the provision of required number of IT Contractor Consultants with a designated “site on charge” staff to coordinate all work of the contractor on premises.
Our Approach:
EITI will work collaboratively with the leading international development Financial Institution in adopting a preferential Managed ICT Services Model which entails a comprehensive and focused approach towards service excellence and continuous improvement.
The EITI IT Consultants will support and maintains the end user environment, assess, deploy and implement hardware and software upgrades, support and maintain workstation software and deliver related training as needed. Other services include providing IT support, analysis, troubleshooting, and informal training on the institution standard hardware and software, provide basic support on IT infrastructure and networking products, provide technical support to end users of enterprise standard software, document incident/problem status and resolution in tracking system with inclusion of documentation of solutions to common problems and responses to FAQs.
